Today was supposed to be another speaker, Karen Dion the executive director of the Ohio Board of Dietetics. However, she was unable to come at the last minute and instead Dr. Holben continued our discussion on possible career paths in the dietetics field. I was mildly excited that class only lasted an hour. Don't tell Dr. H.
